OUR CORPORATE STORY

FASTTRAK Technologies, llc was founded in 1999 when Eddie McCoy CPA, then a Luxury Ground Transportation provider in Scottsdale Arizona, decided that a more affordable, easier to use and still comprehensive software solution was needed for the industry.

After more than 12 years in the industry and after an extensive search of available Software from existing suppliers resulted in quotes of $2,000 to $40,000, McCoy developed a comprehensive Microsoft Windows® based software alternative system to put to use at his company.

Existing software during the 90's was still predominantly DOS based systems and was not only becoming obsolete, difficult and expensive to maintain but also difficult and expensive to install because extensive installation man-hours and on-site staff training expenses.

Using Windows® based technology and innovations, FASTTRAK is able to provide a product that is affordable, easy to use, as well as providing installation methods that enable the end user to easily install the program from a CD or download from this website. Also FASTTRAK implemented the use of Windows® Services that continuously run providing the user with Automatic Backups, Automatic Emails to Clients & Affiliates and GDS)Reservations generally found in much more costly systems.

This ease of installation and easy one click updates to the program in addition to the utilization of virtual tools that allows us to keep our costs low and prices even lower, staff to a minimum, and your service and customer support to the highest level possible.

Today, FASTTRAK delivers comprehensive and comparatively featured unlimited user Standard and Ultimate Systems for $850 / $950 Setup and Installation and  $65 / $75 per month respectively and reservation storage with Microsoft calculated on a 2-8 cent scale.
